Revocation and deletion are two processes
Revoking the Google permission stops future access by the application. Data already processed (e.g. technical logs or information about processed reviews) is not deleted automatically. A separate request is required for that.
Step 1: Revoke Google access
- Open https://myaccount.google.com/connections and sign in with the Google account that granted the authorisation.
- Select the application entry (shown in Google as “Google Review Automation” or “Review Automation Manager”).
- Remove access.
Step 2: Request data deletion
Send an email to app@komutan.at including:
- Name of the business or Google Business Profile
- Email address of the authorising Google account
- Requested scope (remove connection and/or delete data)
We confirm processing and respond within the statutory period of one month (Art. 12 GDPR). There is no automatic deletion function on this website.
Replies already published
Published replies are part of the Google Business Profile. You can edit or delete them directly in the Google Business Profile.
